Dorwest Turmeric
This quality source of turmeric herb (Curcumin) from Dorwest is extracted from the whole root and contains 95% curcuminoids. Bio-availability
The bio-availability of turmeric is naturally relatively low. However, this can easily be improved using two methods. The first is to give turmeric with fat. Secondly, absorption is easily improved by taking it with a natural compound in black pepper called piperine. One study has found that taking piperine and curcumin can increase bioavailability by an incredible 2000%!
