Ancol Ergo Nail Clippers are an effective and long-lasting grooming tool, made with robust tempered steel. The clippers feature a safety mechanism and also on the blade, there is an indent so you can be sure you are trimming the correct amount of nail from your pet. Small and Large sizes available.

How to use it?

To use, ensure your dog is calm and still. Also before starting to trim, if it is your dog`s first time, make sure you have someone who can help and hold your dog’s paw for you. Hold your dog`s toe firmly, keeping it still. Open the clippers by pulling the safety catch downwards. Also, to ensure that you are trimming the right amount of nail the clippers have a safety guard attached. Place the clipper over the end of the claw, and close it to remove the end of the claw.

Important: Only the very end of the claw should be trimmed. Cutting too much of the claw can cut the quick (a vein that runs through the claw)
