Ancol Ergo Aluminium Comb is the ideal grooming tool to deal with those tough tangles and also to give a smooth look to the coat of your pet. Designed with rounded stainless steel pins for gentle and comfortable grooming. This comb features two widths of teeth aimed to detangle and smooth most comfortably and thoroughly.

How to use it?

To use, begin with the wider teeth and gently comb the hair in the direction of the fur growth. The pins of the comb are rounded and polished for comfort. To ensure your dog has an enjoyable grooming session, do not push the comb to your dog’s skin.

Gently, tease out the tangles with the comb. Do not pull or tug on matted fur as this may require cutting. When the wide-toothed side of the comb slides easily through the dog’s coat then you can use the fine side. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes distressed or agitated.

Tips:

Grooming is a wonderful way to bond with your dog but dogs new to grooming should be introduced slowly. Begin grooming sessions when your dog is relaxed, if possible after they have exercised. Use tools gently and avoid tugging on the skin or also on knots or mats which will give your pet a more comfortable grooming session.
