Click & Collect

Our FREE Click & Collect service is available Tuesday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Once you have placed your order opting for Click & Collect, we will email you when your order is ready to pick up in store. Orders can be collected from Gallipots, 81 Market Place, South Cave, East Yorkshire, England, HU15 2AS. Should you wish to speak to us regarding your order, please feel free to call 01482 692222.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO?

We currently only ship orders throughout the U.K. including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We hope to be able to ship to countries outside of the U.K. soon.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 3 -5 day or Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 day shipping service. 3-5 day shipping is £4.50 per order and 1-2 day shipping is £6.00 per order. Orders over £50 get shipping FREE!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@gallipots.co.uk before 3pm GMT. We will not be able to make any changes to your order beyond this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are despatched from our South Cave store in East Yorkshire, England. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you placed your order as we need to get it ready for shipping. Once we have your order ready you’ll receive an email to say your order is being despatched. Your order will then arrive in 3-5 days or 1-2 days depending on the shipping you’ve selected. In rare circumstances there may be courier delays which affect your delivery time frame. If this is the case, please get in touch.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking information on your order once we have despatched it by email and also by text if you’ve provided your mobile number and email address when placing an order.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Gallipots uses Royal Mail for fast, tracked shipping.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

No signature is required for your order. We do ask however that you give instructions for our courier when placing your order to leave your delivery in a safe place if you may not be at the delivery address.
